Full Description:

Provides supplementary financial assistance to help with housekeeping, home health aides, child care, pain medications and transportation to and from treatment. Basic family monthly income and expense form must be filled out. Must be a cancer patient for services. Office hours: Mondays through Fridays 9am - 5pm.

Tips For Prompt And Professional Assistance
1. Make an appointment - Always attempt to make an appointment. Oftentimes this will save you hours waiting in lines. When on the phone make sure you ask for the documentation needed in order to receive assistance.
