The Needy Fund Intake Specialists provide resources and referrals to everyone they talk to. Additionally, we provide household budgeting and financial assistance for vital human needs to qualifying residents of the Cape and Islands who are experiencing financial crises. Below is a list of financial assistance categories provided by the Needy Fund.

Housing: Rent, mortgage, security deposit, temporary shelter
Utilities: Electric, Gas, Oil, Propane
Food: Vouchers to local grocery stores for fresh food
Medical: Medicine, co-pays, care, equipment, health insurance premiums
Transportation: Car insurance, car payment, repairs
