Full Description:

Provides crisis intervention, emergency utility, rent, transportation, and burial assistance. Emergency rent, mortgage, and utility assistance are provided only to residents of Ward 6.

To be eligible for assistance must be a Ward 6 resident, in receipt of a court or eviction notice, disconnected utility services or cut-off notice, with an emergency situation contributing to an inability to pay, but with an ability to make future payments and a willingness to work with a case worker over a period of 90 days on a realistic budget plan. Program may be used at most 1 time every year.

4. Bring all pre determined documentation - Bring all of the documents you were advised to bring from your appointment phone call. Without them, you will not receive aid.
