Office Hours: Mondays through Fridays 9am- 4pm.

Serves: Residents of Chester, Lancaster, Union, Fairfield and York counties

We provide relief and aid to the elderly, while helping families with the difficult tasks of working through problems that threaten the family’s welfare, identifying solutions, and implementing changes.

Tips For Prompt And Professional Assistance

4. Bring all pre determined documentation - Bring all of the documents you were advised to bring from your appointment phone call. Without them, you will not receive aid.
