Financial Help Provided: Emergency Financial Aid




Full Description:

We provide emergency financial aid to Pottstown residents in need of assistance with housing, utilities, fuel, prescription and medical needs, eyeglasses and employment related needs. Clients must prove that they have lived in Pottstown for at least three months. Clients can only receive such services once in a 12-month period and funds are distributed as available.

Must have lived in current address in Pottstown for at least three months. Must demonstrate an income in the household that will sustain the household beyond this assistance. Must be willing to work with the social worker to explore all opportunities to resolve this need, including receiving financial assistance from PCRC.

4. Bring all pre determined documentation - Bring all of the documents you were advised to bring from your appointment phone call. Without them, you will not receive aid.
