Community Action Committe of Cape Cod and the Islands Homeless Prevention & Diversion services provides housing search, prevention and shelter diversion services.

Mission: To provide services that help to empower and improve the lives of low-income residents of Barnstable, Dukes and Nantucket Counties by providing resources and advocacy skills to attain self-sufficiency.

Tips For Prompt And Professional Assistance
1. Make an appointment - Always attempt to make an appointment. Oftentimes this will save you hours waiting in lines. When on the phone make sure you ask for the documentation needed in order to receive assistance.
