Services provided: Mortgage Payment Assistance, Rent Payment Assistance, Utility Assistance

Provides limited financial assistance is offered to low-income families and individuals who are experiencing a temporary crisis which leaves them in danger of becoming homeless or creates a health/safety issue. Payment assistance is available for rent or mortgage and other crisis needs.

Eligibility:Clients will have to show their inability to pay through a budgeting process and must demonstrate enough future income and stability to manage their situation once assistance has been given.

Tips For Prompt And Professional Assistance
1. Make an appointment - Always attempt to make an appointment. Oftentimes this will save you hours waiting in lines. When on the phone make sure you ask for the documentation needed in order to receive assistance.
