Location: Caldwell Community Center.

Low Income Home Energy Assistance or LIHEAP:
The LIHEAP program is designed to assist low income households in the cost of heating their homes in the winter and for clients with special needs - cooling of homes in the summer.

Emergency Services:
Funds are allocated under this program under emergency situations for rent, medical prescriptions, food, homeless individuals / families.
