Limited assistance to families in emergency situations when no other services/resources are available to include: Food, medical/dental/vision prescriptions, clothing, household items, rental assistance, travel and/or lodging. Additional Info: Required documents: social security card, picture ID, proof of income and verification of address for each household member.

Eligibility Income must meet 150% of poverty level determined by wages, unemployment or any other type of income.
