Full Description:

Provides emergency rent and utility assistance to prevent evictions and shut-offs. We also offer haircut, clothing and offer Healthy Food Vouchers every quarter. Also assist with referrals to other services as needed. Appointments are necessary. Initial phone screening is done when calling for appointment. Need denials from Story County Community Services and MICA.

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM or call for appointment; Healthy Food Vouchers 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM

4. Bring all pre determined documentation - Bring all of the documents you were advised to bring from your appointment phone call. Without them, you will not receive aid.
