Programs that provide immediate cash for people in emergency situations and evaluate the individual\'s or family\'s need for the money on a case-by-case basis rather than having pre-established policies regarding the types of needs the dollars can be used to cover. Also they offers whatever services they can to the community. Does not have a food or clothing pantry and does not offer shelter.
