Services provided:
Housing Development programs provide funding opportunities to for-profit and non-profit developers. The programs offered encourage the development of affordable homeownership projects that serve both families and individuals with annual incomes at or below 80% of area median income. DHCD's Energy Programs provide eligible households assistance in the following areas: paying a portion of winter heating bills; heating system repair and replacement services; and full-scale home energy conservation services.
Services Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45a.m. - 5:00p.m. Closed Saturday and Sunday

4. Bring all pre determined documentation - Bring all of the documents you were advised to bring from your appointment phone call. Without them, you will not receive aid.
