Full Description:

Provides limited direct support to patients suffering with kidney diseases. Support may include transportation to and from dialysis, prescription medicine, and medical supplies. Provides free beepers for patients on transplant waiting list.

Office hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday.

Tips For Prompt And Professional Assistance
1. Make an appointment - Always attempt to make an appointment. Oftentimes this will save you hours waiting in lines. When on the phone make sure you ask for the documentation needed in order to receive assistance.
