Assistance available on a one time basis. You can download an application for assistance at the website provided. To be eligible, you must be a working, normally self-sufficient, except for this emergency. Applicants whose financial arrears are so serious that assistance will not allow them relief from their difficulties, shall not be eligible for assistance. Must reside in the readership area.
