Rowan Helping Ministries\' Crisis Assistance Network can assist with utility (electric, water and natural gas) disconnection notices, eviction notices, heating fuel, medication and deposits*. The Crisis Assistance Network also provides food and clothing assistance. All of these guidelines also apply for RHM West.

All Clients MUST provide the following information before Crisis Assistance Network assistance can be considered:

Photo ID (Driver\'s License, State Issued ID card, Passport, Prison ID)
          - Social Security Card or any other official document with the number listed (tax return, school records, insurance cards, etc.)
          - Proof of Income: Current Paycheck stub for all household members
          - Most recent bank statement
          - Proof of Disability (SSI)
          - Proof of Social Security/Retirement Income
          - Proof of Unemployment Income
          - Proof of any other income (Worker\'s comp, Child Support)
          - If unemployed, registration with Employment Security Commission
          - Proof of Crisis/Emergency
          - Eviction Notice (issued by property owner including their name and address, or by the court)
          - Utility cut-off/Disconnection notice (electric, gas, water, etc.) within 5 days of disconnection
          - Legible Prescriptions - print out of medication from pharmacy (We do not help with controlled substances)
          - Rent or Mortgage information: Rent/Lease Agreement
          - Mortgage Payment Statement
          - Landlord Statement

 
You will need to bring this information and any other information that will help Rowan Helping Ministries understand your crisis. Rowan Helping Ministries\' funds are limited and must resolve the crisis. If you do not have the information today, you can still be interviewed.
