Reintegrating homeless veterans back into the community as viable citizens able to maintain independent living, restore their dignity, and promoting community awareness.

Homeless program for veterans with substance abuse problem that are enrolled in treatment at the West Palm Beach VA medical center.

Eligibility:

1. Veteran must meet VA eligibility criteria
2. Veteran must have an honorable discharge
3. Veteran is without adequate housing, currently homeless with substance abuse problem.
4. Veteran is willing to enroll in substance abuse program at the VA medical center.
