Provides funds for utility payments and home repairs.
Eligibility: Low-income, needy persons with photo I.D., social security cards, birth certificates, income documentation, proof of ownership or rental agreement and copies of current utilities bill.
Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

Tips For Prompt And Professional Assistance
1. Make an appointment - Always attempt to make an appointment. Oftentimes this will save you hours waiting in lines. When on the phone make sure you ask for the documentation needed in order to receive assistance.
