Full Description:

Provides funds for utility payments and home repairs.
Eligibility: Low-income, needy persons with photo I.D., social security cards, birth certificates, income documentation, proof of ownership or rental agreement and copies of current utilities bill.
Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm

The S.H.I.P. Program provides loans and grants for very low, low, and moderate income persons to rehab, purchase, or construct housing. Funds are also available for Emergency Repairs. Please call for more information.

4. Bring all pre determined documentation - Bring all of the documents you were advised to bring from your appointment phone call. Without them, you will not receive aid.
