Financial assistance programs:

    Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP): Provides assistance with heating and cooling costs for low-income households.
    CalFresh (Food Stamps): Provides food assistance to low-income households.
    Cash Assistance Program for Immigrants (CAPI): Provides cash assistance to qualified immigrants who are ineligible for other public benefits.
    Med-Cal: Provides healthcare coverage to low-income individuals and families.
