TulareWorks helps provide resources and services to improve the way of life for Tulare County residence.  We help with cash assistance, CalFresh, employment services and more.

CalFresh (formerly Food Stamps)- The CalFresh Program provides monthly benefits that help low income households buy the food they need for good health.

SSI Advocacy - assists clients with their Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) applications and/or appeals.

General Assistance - is a program that gives cash aid to people who need help, who lawfully live in Tulare County, and who are not supported by other means

CalWORKs - is a welfare program that gives cash aid and employment-focused services to eligible needy California families with children.

Medi-Cal - pays for a variety of medical services for children and adults.

Employment Services - program is designed to help you find a job and/or prepare you to search for employment.

TCMS - helps meet the needs of people who cannot pay their medical expenses.

4. Bring all pre determined documentation - Bring all of the documents you were advised to bring from your appointment phone call. Without them, you will not receive aid.
